We’ve launched a new Customizations Dashboard along with 20+ new customization options! This makes it easy for everyone on your team to configure the OneSchema Importer experience to best fit your use case. You know your users’ workflows the best, so we want to equip you with all the tools you need to design the import experience that feels tailor-made for your end users.
Along with a new Customizations Dashboard, we’re introducing a new set of 20+ customization options.
For customers who want to provide their end users additional guidance during imports, we’ve added:

A new sidebar with template column information helps your users know which columns to include in their upload, before they go through the import process.

If you prefer your users to fill out an Excel template prior to upload, your users can now download an Excel template from the upload pane. This is generated from your OneSchema template.
For customers who want to speed up the import process and help their end users move through the import process, we’ve added the following features:

To reduce repetitive work for your users, you can leverage different levels of OneSchema’s column matching technology to automatically match columns that match exactly, fuzzily, or if a certain column pairing has been matched in the past.
For uploads that are exactly the same column structure, we can skip the Map Columns pane altogether if we see a 100% exact, historical or fuzzy match.

We also made some changes to our blockImportIfErrors config option for customers who want to receive imports that are partially clean.
Note: For current customers who leverage our branding suite already, you’ll notice we’ve bundled Importer Flow customizations and Branding under a new Customizations tab.
To see how you can start customizing your Importer flow today, check out our customization docs.
As always, we welcome your feedback on these changes! Please feel free to share feedback by reaching out to founders@oneschema.co. We'd also love to keep in touch on LinkedIn.
