Tell us about your role at OneSchema

I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager at OneSchema! I ensure that our users have a smooth implementation process and take the role of a consultant as they build out their workflows, gather product feedback, and ensure that users are using OneSchema effectively. Customer success is one of my passions because there are so many gold nuggets in having regular conversations with your customers and understanding their pain points as they expand their use cases.

By understanding what’s important to our customers and what features they ask for, I like to be the voice of our customers to help our product / eng team drive impactful product features. Internally, I’m excited to implement processes for our team to ensure that as we scale, we’re invaluable partners and actively building impactful features alongside our customers. 

What is your favorite thing about working at OneSchema?

I thoroughly enjoy the team culture and how we hold ourselves to high goals and expectations. We are enthusiastic about building quickly and delivering a great experience for our customers. We dig in deep with our customers and are a nimble team when it comes to iterating on quick fixes that could enhance user experience. Every piece of feedback is discussed and that’s what I love about startup culture - we learn so much from each other and our customers.

I’m obsessed with efficiency and seeing users save copious amounts of time and energy when data importing with OneSchema is so relatable since I wish I had this tool when I was doing my data migrations and deep in Excel sheets in my previous roles. Hearing our customers say that we’ve made their lives 10x easier and more efficient in a quantifiable manner is awesome! 

What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to?

My favorite South American country I visited last year was Brazil. I’ve always wanted to go to the Amazon Rainforest. Exploring the world’s largest rainforest was something I’ve had on my bucket list for a while. Spending a few days out there without wifi and being immersed in the foliage and winding rivers was so relaxing. I particularly loved exploring the northwest coastal cities like Natal and Fortaleza, eating fresh açai puro, and discovering new Amazonian “superfruits” that I’ve never seen before. I’ve been inspired to learn Portuguese since then and can’t wait to go back! 

What is your favorite recent memory?

I recently did a taco crawl through East LA. After missing the street tacos from Mexico City, a friend and I curated a route of taco shops to hit up, and of course with all carefully carved out plans, we ended up going off-route and stopping at pop-up trucks that weren’t on our original map. It’s a reminder that there’s always more to discover in any city - I’m always on the lookout for hole-in-the-wall spots!
